I was told they would "expidite" my return. yesterday May 15th I was told they would not cut a check until May 21 and then mail it to the Tucson office. Beware their money back guarantee I want my 26k back now! I will never have anything good to say about carmax. NADA, Kelley, Edmunds, carsdirect, and probably some more, too. Kelley is the WORST, and almost always higher than real life. Dealers sell for less than KBB retail, you won't ever sell it on your own for KBB private party, and Carmax or any dealer probably won't give you KBB trade-in value either. Edmunds.com is much closer to real life, but for some reason Kelley is the most popular. Don't ever base anything off of KBB... There are 4+ ‘book’ values.
